Alaska. Photos and information on

I recently returned from a train trip to
Hurricane Turn. It was snowing when I
left Wasilla, Alaska and snowed the entire
trip. Most of the people on the train were
locals going to their remote cabins with
supplies. Photos and story now in my
bog.

What is a Giclee Print
A giclee (pronounced "zee-clay") comes from the
French word, "fine spray". It is a digital print that is
produced by the application of millions of tiny ink
dots sprayed on to fine art paper or canvas. The
archival based inks used are specially formulated
so that the fine print heads spray droplets at a
resolution of 1200 dpi. The media used is also of
archival grade to last 100 to 200 years. The visual
quality of the print is extremely high and the color
saturation and definition stunning. Since printing is
of “photo quality” the quality of the print’s
appearance is directly related to the quality of the
image provided. I offer giclee prints on both canvas
and paper.
